• 15+ years of experience in business transformation, Business Finance, or operational Excellence, with a proven track record in large-scale change management.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading multi-industry business units, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of Cost Management, data analytics, automation, and technology-driven business models.
• A track record of implementing efficiency programs that drive profitability and sustainable growth.

We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Corporate Department:

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise-Wide Transformation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation roadmap, aligning with ACI’s long-term strategic vision.
• Identify and implement efficiency programs, standardizing processes and leveraging automation to drive operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.

Digital & Process Innovation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced technologies such as Al, automation, and data analytics into core business operations.
• Streamline supply chain, sales, and customer experience processes, enhancing performance and scalability.
• Champion the adoption of global best practices, taking inspiration from market leaders like Tesco, Lidi, Sainsbury’s, Costco, and Walmart.

New Business & Growth Acceleration

• Identify new business models and revenue streams, positioning ACI for sustainable growth.
• Drive cross-industry synergies, ensuring seamless collaboration across ACI business.
• Align transformation initiatives with business goals to ensure they contribute to profitable growth.

Proactive and Predictive Cost Control & Scaling Operations

• Analyze current expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices in cost management to ensure financial sustainability.
• Promote cost-consciousness across all levels of the organization, encouraging employees to identify and act on cost-saving opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable processes and systems to support business expansion.

Operational Excellence & Employing Best Practices

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lean methodologies.
• Benchmark against industry leaders to identify areas for improvement.
