Responsibilities & Context
eview student academic backgrounds, English proficiency scores, and financial capabilities against university admission requirements.
Guide students in preparing and organizing all required documents, including Statements of Purpose (SOPs), academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and supporting documents.
Complete and submit accurate university admission and student visa application forms.
Manage university intake deadlines and immigration processing timelines to ensure timely submissions.
Provide regular updates to students and parents regarding application and visa progress.
Conduct thorough verification of financial documents, bank statements, tax records, and sponsor documents to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Coordinate the collection of essential institutional documents such as UK CAS, US Form I-20, Canadian Letter of Acceptance (LOA), and similar documents.
Monitor changes in immigration policies and university admission requirements, and communicate updates to the team.
Perform final quality checks (“Four-Eyes Principle”) on all applications before submission to universities or embassies.
Maintain secure, confidential, and well-organized digital student records in compliance with data privacy standards.
Prepare students for embassy and visa interviews through mock interview sessions and guidance.
Communicate with international university admissions offices and relevant stakeholders to resolve application issues and ensure smooth processing.
