Responsibilities & Context
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities
Assist in course selection, country choice, and university applications
Handle offer letter processing, SOP review, and document verification
Guide students through visa application procedures
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure smooth processing
Build and maintain relationships with international universities & partners
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Achieve counseling targets and maintain service quality
Skills & Expertise
Creative Thinking and Multitasking
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Google Calendar or Microsoft Ex
Strong Communication skill with foreign clients
