Responsibilities & Context
Mediasoft Data Systems Limited is a rapidly growing software company and we are looking for dynamic and visionary candidates to join our Sales Team.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products.
- Generate sales over phone calls, emails, or field visits.
- Explain the benefits of the company’s services to customers to maximize the use of the software.
- Research and analyze competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
