Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline from a reputed university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Narail, Savar, Sirajgonj
The role is responsible for managing and growing the existing CMS (Commercial & Medium Segment) portfolio of the branch, acquiring new customers, developing funded and non-funded business, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring sustainable profitability in line with the assigned business budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the CMS portfolio of the branch to achieve sustainable balance sheet growth.
Identify and acquire potential Commercial and Medium Enterprise customers within the branch’s command area.
Proactively explore market opportunities and develop a strong CMS customer pipeline.
Manage portfolio quality, asset quality, and collection efficiency, ensuring timely follow-up and recovery.
Assess customers’ business requirements and recommend appropriate credit facilities and financing structures.
Conduct financial analysis and evaluate customers’ business performance, cash flow, repayment capacity, and financial statements.
Develop both funded and non-funded business, including working capital, term finance, trade finance, Bank Guarantees, and other relevant facilities.
Maintain sound knowledge of CMSME and Agri-related circulars, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper credit documentation, facility processing, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Drive deposit mobilization and cross-selling opportunities to enhance overall customer profitability.
Contribute to the profitability and financial inclusion objectives of the branch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CMS customers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality service and business growth.
Achieve and exceed the business budget assigned by the Cluster Head through effective customer acquisition and portfolio management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business expansion and portfolio diversification.
