Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline from a reputed university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

Responsibilities & Context
Job Location : Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Banani, Malibag, Baridhara
This role is responsible for managing the existing SME portfolio of the branch, developing new SME and Medium Enterprise business, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring sustainable profitability. The Relationship Manager will proactively explore business opportunities within the branch’s command area and drive balance sheet growth in line with the assigned business budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong knowledge of the branch’s adjacent/command area and identify opportunities to drive visible and sustainable SME balance sheet growth.
Proactively explore the business potential of the command area to acquire new SME & Medium Enterprise customers and expand the portfolio.
Manage and grow a quality SME portfolio while ensuring effective collection and recovery performance.
Maintain strong knowledge of credit documentation, facility requirements, and related processes.
Stay updated on CMSME and Agri-related circulars, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the profitability and financial inclusion objectives of the branch through quality business acquisition and portfolio management.
Assess customer business requirements, structure appropriate credit facilities, and conduct financial analysis to support sound lending decisions.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, branches, credit teams, and relevant business partners.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, credit guidelines, and compliance standards.
Achieve and exceed the business budget assigned by the Cluster Head through effective portfolio growth and new business acquisition.
Develop and manage both funded and non-funded business, including loans, working capital facilities, trade finance, guarantees, and other relevant SME banking products.
