Required Qualifications
4-8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
– Android: Kotlin / Java, Android Studio
– iOS: Swift, Xcode
– Cross-platform: Flutter / Dart or React Native
Good knowledge of REST API, JSON, API integration, Git, Firebase, and mobile application architecture.
Understanding of secure coding practices and mobile application security.
Experience with application deployment through Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Android and/or iOS mobile applications.
Develop new features and enhance existing mobile banking/financial applications.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, API Gateway/API Manager, and backend services.
Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and session management.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, QA, Backend Developers, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders.
Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Follow coding standards, version control, documentation, and secure software development practices.
Keep up to date with emerging mobile technologies, cybersecurity practices, and digital financial services.
