Strong experience with SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP technologies, including call setup, media transmission, and signaling.
Experience with RTP, SRTP, and GSM codecs for media processing, transcoding, and handling audio/video streams.
Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C(is a plus) for iOS development, with a focus on real-time communication features.
Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP, ICE, STUN, TURN), and how to implement them for NAT traversal and connectivity.
Experience optimizing audio and video communication on iOS devices, including low-latency audio/video streaming and real-time performance.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot network and
media issues in real-time communication.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS development, including automated testing and
build processes for ensuring code quality.
Knowledge of encryption and security best practices for real-time communication,
ensuring data privacy and secure media transmission.
Experience with CallKit, PushKit, and managing incoming calls in the background is a plus.
Familiarity with network simulation tools to test app performance under varying conditions is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in video streaming technologies and protocols such as H.264, VP8, or similar.
Familiarity with real-time messaging frameworks and SDKs, including WebSockets or other push messaging systems.
Understanding of cloud communication platforms such as Twilio, Agora, or similar services for integration.
Familiarity with Voice over LTE (VoLTE) technologies or mobile telephony systems is a plus.

Mid-Level iOS Developer (WebRTC, VoIP, SIP, Real-Time Communication)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an iOS SDK for VoIP and real-time chat solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Implement SIP-based VoIP calling and WebRTC communication for high-quality audio/video calls.
Work with GSM codecs for media processing, including audio and video transcoding and transmission across different network conditions.
Optimize media translation and transcoding for iOS devices to enhance call quality, ensuring low latency and high performance.
Ensure SDK supports seamless integration with third-party applications, providing easy-to-use APIs for real-time communication.
Implement secure communication protocols, including end-to-end encryption to protect user data and ensure privacy.
Optimize SDK performance across various iOS devices, considering network conditions, device limitations, and power consumption.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate real-time APIs for messaging, call management, and session signaling.
Perform rigorous testing for call quality, latency, jitter, packet loss, and adaptability to different network conditions (e.g., Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, media quality, and SDK performance on different iOS devices.
Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure intuitive user experiences for making and receiving calls, managing contacts, and viewing message history.
