Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
Required Qualifications
2-8 years of relevant experience in ATM, Card, ATM & Card Switch, Payment Switch, or Digital Banking application support.
Practical experience in ATM & Card Switch operations, NPSB, QR, Payment Schemes and transaction troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of ATM and Card transaction processing lifecycle.
Good knowledge of ISO 8583 transaction messaging and response codes.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking, database, API/interface, and application integration concepts.
Good knowledge of SQL, Programming language and database troubleshooting.
Documentation writing will be an added advantage.
Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 application and technical support for ATM, CRM, CDM, Debit Card, QR, NPSB and ATM Switch systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot ATM, Debit Card, QR, NPSB and ATM Switch services.
Troubleshoot transaction declines, timeouts, reversals, duplicate transactions, partial approvals, and other transaction-processing issues.
Analyze ISO 8583 messages and transaction logs for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
