Important Site & Night Shift Requirement:
This is a strictly project/site-based position. The candidate must have the mindset and willingness to work in night shifts and stay at the project/site at night. The company will provide accommodation facilities at the project site. Candidates who are not comfortable with night duty or staying at the project site will not be considered.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in Project Store/Store & Inventory Management.
Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Developer Company will be highly preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Construction Materials & Inventory Management.
Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong documentation, reporting and reconciliation skills.
Honest, disciplined, responsible and highly organized.
Ability to work independently at project sites and under pressure.
Strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify and manage all incoming and outgoing construction materials at the project store during both day and night shifts as required.
Receive construction materials arriving at the project/site during nighttime, verify the quantity and condition against the relevant documents, and ensure proper unloading, counting, recording and safe storage.
Ensure that all materials received during night hours are properly documented and reported to the concerned authority.
Receive materials against approved Purchase Order (PO), Challan, Indent and Material Receiving Report (MRR) and verify quantity, specification and physical condition.
Issue materials against approved Material Requisition Slip (MRS)/authorized requisition.
Maintain Store Ledger, Stock Register and other inventory records accurately.
Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, stacking and security of all construction materials.
Ensure proper security and control of materials during nighttime operations and prevent unauthorized movement or access.
Update daily stock records and ensure timely and accurate Register posting.
Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock/inventory reports for Management.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform the concerned authority about shortages or urgent material requirements.
Maintain proper documentation including Challan, MRR, MRS, Gate Pass, Stock Transfer and other store-related documents.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Accounts and SCM teams for smooth and uninterrupted material flow.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, discipline and security within the project store.
Immediately report any shortage, damage, discrepancy, unauthorized material movement or inventory irregularity to Management.
Perform any other store/inventory-related duties assigned by Management.
