Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Responsibilities & Context

Working with the brand Next (Vogue).

Assist in handling denim sampling orders from development to final approval.

Coordinate with buyers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of sampling activities.

Prepare sample requests, track sample progress and ensure quality requirements are met.

Maintain and update sampling records, order sheets and related documentation.

Follow up with production, quality and sourcing teams for smooth sample delivery.

Assist in price negotiations and order confirmations under the guidance of the Merchandiser.

Support in material sourcing and approval processes for samples.

Ensure deadlines are met for buyer presentations and submissions.

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to resolve sampling-related issues.

Ensure maximum lead time to production & execute the maximum profit from all merchandise.
