Education
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Candidates who are eligible for CA Articleship under ICAB are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with a strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be preferred.
Candidates who have completed or are eligible to pursue the CA course under ICAB are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age 20 to 30 years
Strong interest in pursuing a professional career in Chartered Accountancy.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Responsibilities & Context
Assist in statutory audit, internal audit and assurance assignments.
Participate in preparation and review of financial statements and related working papers.
Assist in accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting assignments.
Assist in tax, VAT and other regulatory compliance-related assignments.
Perform audit procedures, verification of supporting documents and analytical review.
Communicate with clients and assist the engagement team in completing assignments within deadlines.
Gain practical exposure to professional accounting and auditing practices under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Principal/Engagement Team.

Monthly remuneration/allowance will be provided as per the prevailing policy of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
