Job Description:
SpaGreen Creative is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead our development projects and ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, team management, and effective communication skills. As a Software Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage software development projects.
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, quality assurance, and project management.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
