🔹 Job Responsibilities
• Promote and market our real estate projects
• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing
• Communicate professionally with potential customers
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange property visits and meetings with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and property exhibitions
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports
🔹 Requirements
• Minimum educational qualification: Complete Honours or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is preferred ( Minimum 2-5 Years Experienced)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, positive, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
