Requirements
Education
H.S.C./Equivalent
Minimum HSC/Diploma qualification (students and graduates are welcome).
Experience
At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age 20 to 35 years
Good communication and listening skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to help customers.
Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.
Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
Provide general information.
Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
