Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Diploma in Architecture
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a relevant discipline.
Relevant experience in architectural/interior working drawings and site execution is preferred.
Candidates with strong practical working-drawing experience will receive priority.

Age At least 25 years
Strong understanding of interior construction methods.
Good knowledge of furniture production and detailing.
Good understanding of materials, finishes and hardware.
Ability to convert concepts into construction-ready drawings.
Excellent attention to dimensions and technical details.
Ability to identify drawing conflicts before site execution.
Ability to manage several projects and drawing deadlines.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Responsible, organized and deadline-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare complete architectural and interior working drawing packages.
Prepare furniture layout plans.
Prepare demolition and construction plans.
Prepare flooring and floor finish layouts.
Prepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP).
Prepare lighting layouts.
Prepare electrical, switch and socket layouts.
Prepare AC and other service coordination drawings.
Prepare plumbing layouts where required.
Prepare detailed interior elevations.
Prepare sections and construction details.
Prepare furniture and joinery/shop drawings.
Prepare kitchen, wardrobe, vanity and customized furniture details.
Prepare door and window schedules.
Prepare material and finish schedules.
Convert approved 3D designs into accurate working drawings.
Coordinate drawings with architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing and site requirements.
Coordinate closely with 3D visualizers and site/project teams.
Check dimensions and site measurements before issuing drawings.
Prepare drawing revisions according to approved changes.
Maintain drawing numbers, revision numbers and drawing registers.
Prepare drawings suitable for Issued for Construction (IFC).
Resolve drawing-related queries raised by the site team.
Ensure all drawings are practical and executable on site.
Maintain project-wise drawing deadlines.
