Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Management
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with an educational background in Management or HRM
Additional Requirements
Age At least 25 years
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with workers and supervisors.
Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a garments factory and production floor environment.
Good command of Bangla; basic English communication skills.
Willingness to work in day and night shifts is required
Responsibilities & Context
Monitor daily floor HR activities, including attendance, absenteeism, late attendance, leave, and manpower status.
Regularly visit production floors and maintain close communication with workers and supervisors.
Assist in resolving worker grievances, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
Support employee joining, orientation, counselling, and other HR-related activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, HR procedures, and workplace discipline.
Monitor compliance with working hours, overtime, and other labour-law requirements.
Maintain necessary floor-level HR records, reports, and employee-related documentation.
Assist in conducting worker awareness sessions and HR/Compliance training programs.
Coordinate with Production, Admin, Welfare, and Compliance teams to resolve employee-related issues.
Willingness to work in day and night shifts is required
Prepare daily/weekly HR reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
