Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
B.Sc. in Chemistry from a reputed university.
Relevant professional training/certification in Textile Printing, AOP, Printing Technology, or related fields will be preferred.
Experience
At least 17 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
Age At least 40 years
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in textile printing/AOP operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager or in a senior leadership/lead position responsible for printing operations.
Candidates with proven experience in managing large-scale and modern AOP printing operations will be given preference.
Strong technical knowledge of All Over Printing processes, printing chemicals, color management, printing quality, and production systems.
Excellent leadership, people-management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Mercer Design Tex Limited is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead its All Over Print (AOP) Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in textile printing, proven leadership capability, and a track record of managing large-scale printing operations.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall All Over Print (AOP) operation, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely production.
Develop and implement production strategies to achieve quality, productivity, efficiency, and delivery targets.
Manage and optimize printing processes, machinery, manpower, production planning, and operational resources.
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer requirements and international standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, production costs, rework, and operational losses.
Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Dyeing, R&D, Merchandising, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.
Monitor production performance through appropriate KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
Lead, develop, and motivate the printing team to build a high-performance operational culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, environmental standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, techniques, chemicals, machinery, and developments in textile printing.
