Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Relevant professional certification/training in Compliance, Social Compliance, or Occupational Health & Safety will be an advantage.
Experience
At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile, Washing Factory
Additional Requirements
Age At least 26 years
Strong knowledge of BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, WRAP, buyer compliance standards, and Bangladesh Labour Law.
Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Strong commitment to maintaining 100% compliance and audit readiness.
Responsibilities & Context
A reputed export-oriented RMG manufacturing organization is looking for a competent and responsible professional to ensure 100% compliance with buyer requirements, applicable laws, international standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure 100% compliance with buyer requirements, applicable labor laws, company policies, and international standards.
Coordinate and prepare for social compliance audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and other buyer/third-party audits.
Plan, coordinate, and manage internal, external, customer, and third-party compliance audits.
Ensure continuous audit readiness and maintain all required documents, records, registers, and supporting evidence.
Conduct regular internal compliance assessments to identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
Prepare, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Monitor compliance related to working hours, wages & benefits, labor standards, employee welfare, health & safety, and workplace conditions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address compliance gaps and ensure sustainable improvements.
Maintain proper compliance documentation and prepare regular reports for management.
Keep updated with buyer codes of conduct, RMG compliance requirements, labor laws, and applicable standards.
Support management in maintaining a strong compliance culture and ensuring continuous improvement.
