Education

Bachelor/Honors

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Hands-on experience in relevant field.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Good communication skills & IT knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context

According to the production plan to load the machines and workforce for production work.

Coordination with other sections to received/send semi productions as per daily schedule.

Execution of orders as per the planned schedule.

Achieving the production target as planned.

Coordinating with quality, store and maintenance in order guarantee the production process loop.

Monitoring and tracking of ongoing jobs in production till completions.

Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

Ensure process NCR analysis and to find out improvement areas.

Ensure process NCR analysis and identify improvement areas.

Initiate, regularize and monitor the production process.

Ensure QC comments for finished products.

Initiating and monitoring the transfer to completed products to next section/warehouse for further processing/ storage/ dispatching.

Ensure power cable measurements according to customer demands.

Ensure floor inventory at the beginning of the month for the previous month.

Ensure floor inventory yearly.

Any other task assigned by management.
