Education
- B. Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Operations Product Development Manufacturing areas preferably.
- Strong knowledge of cable production processes (extrusion, twisting, bunching insulation sheathing copper wire processing raw materials (PVC, XLPE) and testing standards.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) strong analytical ability, team leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and oversee daily operations for Cable product lines.
- Coordinate with Production Quality SCM and R&D for new product introduction and process optimization.
- Prepare production schedules monitor material availability and ensure on-time output delivery.
- Track process performance (OEE, yield rate, downtime) and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze process bottlenecks and propose productivity improvement measures.
- Prepare periodic operational reports for management review.
- Coordinating with R&D QA, and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.
- Monitoring production setting efficiency targets and ensuring line balancing.
- Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with product quality cost and safety standards.
