Job Context:

The Area Manager – Trade Marketing & Sales is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive brand presence, product visibility, and sales growth within a designated geographical area. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure In-store merchandising of Products in Retail Outlets of the company as per set guidelines in designated area.
Ensure In-store and Outside decoration of company’s Retail Outlets as per guidelines.
Plan, Organize and Execute Out-door Brand and Sales Promotional Activities in the market, places in the designated area.
Plan and Organize different social Activity Programs and Ensure Activation of those in the designated area.
Guide and Lead the Area Trade Marketing Team in sales development activities.
Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
