  • Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
  • Able to communicate with prospective dealers and farmers to increase sales.
  • Sound knowledge of Business of Poultry, Cattel and Aqua development and Marketing tools and process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • works as per instruction by the management time to time.
  • Must have ‘CAN DO’ Aptitude.
  • Honesty, Sincerity and Integrity towards company and himself.
  • Knowledge in Feed Marketing.
  • Computer literate.

Responsibilities & Context

Major subject name: Marketing/Management

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select suitable dealers as per territory coverage plans.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory
  • Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the territory.
  • Organizing the sales team, monitoring & controlling.
