Additional Requirements

Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Oversee inventory procurement, storage, and display to ensure a diverse and appealing product range while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
Design and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase the unique characteristics of the handicrafts, attracting customers and encouraging sales.
Ensure a high standard of customer service by training staff, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Outsourcing, training, scheduling, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the shop, attract new customers, and retain existing ones through online and offline channels.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize profitability and make informed decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and cost control.
Build strong relationships with various outlet-related people, and community organizations to support and enhance the shop’s reputation.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and oversee administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory tracking, and reporting.
Any other task given by the top Management.
