Proven track record of managing and growing an educational or training institution.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
Proven experience in conducting Govt. training and ability to transfer knowledge in the field of ICT.

Develop and implement the Academies strategic plan to achieve growth and enhance market presence.
Identify emerging trends in the IT industry and integrate them into the Academy’s training programs.
Prepare a yearly training plan including the courses offered by the Academy & implement the plan in a strategic way.
Establish effective liaison with Polytechnics & Universities to increase the business growth academy.
Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.
Supervising the counseling part of the academy along with proper management of this part.
Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Any other task assigned by the higher management.
