Responsibilities & Context
We are hiring RSM for sales & marketing consumer’s products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.
- To manage Team to meet sales and revenue target.
- Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.
- Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship
- To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
- Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
- Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
- Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.
- Collect competitor’s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
- Reducing the rate of ‘damage products’
- Monitor and lead respective Territory Sales Officers & Sales Representatives to achieve overall company goals.
