Unipuler is currently seeking Interviewers to assist in conducting interviews as part of our operational processes. Due to increased operational demands, we are looking to expand our team with individuals who possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct interviews according to predefined schedules.
– Utilize provided interview questions to elicit responses from candidates.
– Conduct interviews via online platforms and ensure the recording of each session.
– Submit recorded interviews to the respective departments for further processing.
– Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the interview process.
– Work flexibly and provide availability to the authority at least one week in advance for scheduling purposes.
Compensation:
– Interviewers will be compensated on a per-interview basis, ranging from 150 to 400 Taka per interview.
– The duration of each interview typically ranges from 20 to 35 minutes.
