- Be familiar with office administrative management knowledge and work processes, be familiar with official document writing formats, have basic business letter writing skills, and be proficient in using office software such as OFFICE;
- Work carefully and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be honest, and have strong written and oral expression skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for the reception, basic consultation and introduction of visiting customers, strictly implement the company’s reception service standards, and maintain good etiquette and courtesy.
- Send and receive company emails, newspapers, faxes and items, and do a good job in registration management and forwarding.
- Responsible for the sanitation and arrangement of tables and chairs at the company’s front desk or consultation reception room, and keeping them neat and clean.
- Assist company employees with copying, faxing and other tasks;
- Employee attendance system maintenance, attendance statistics and outbound personnel management;
- Other related work arranged by the company.
Skills & Expertise
Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
Internet browsing & online work ability.
