Responsibilities & Context
- Administer the Management Team properly.
- Constantly monitoring the performance of the duties.
- Evaluation of the Quality of Facility Management Services and Identification of the lapses.
- Reporting the Performance of Quality of the Facility Management Services to Concern Department.
- Trouble shooting and look after the performance Service of the complex.
- Preparation of the duty roster for all members of the team.
- Ensure discipline and attendance of the members according to the roster.
- Ensure good and disciplined conduct of all employees of the team.
- Keep the environment clean by employing cleaning team methodically over the common space and the surrounding.
- Having Computer skill (Microsoft Office, Excel etc.) is preferable.
