Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a project manager preferably in telecom sector.
  • Multi-disciplinary knowledge and cross-functional experience is a must.
  • Solid track record of delivering projects seamlessly meeting client expectations.
  • Proven track record of developing & executing strategies in line to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication, coordination & negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel / MS Word/ MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled project manager having a solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects, who excels at bridging the gap between technical requirements and client expectations while ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate must prioritize customer satisfaction and work diligently to exceed their expectations, building long-lasting partnerships based on trust and mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the product cycle, encompassing inventory control, tracking finished products, and initiating new orders based on client needs.
  • Overseeing production management, inventory management, quality assurance, to ensure optimum performance.
  • Supervising hardware assembly, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Providing responsive support services to B2B clients, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Coordinating RMS and TI installations, scheduling appointments, and allocating technicians accordingly in telecom towers.
  • Administering rosters for support services to optimize resource allocation.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Generating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for performance tracking and reporting to management.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality of service (QoS) standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Facilitating communication with suppliers and vendors to achieve operational targets.
  • Conducting meetings with high-value B2B customers to address their needs and concerns.
  • Tracking and reporting progress to customers at specified intervals.
  • Adapting to changing roles and responsibilities as determined by the company’s evolving needs.
