Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and mentor hall staff, including security personnel, maintenance workers, and housekeeping staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the hall.
- Must be aware of safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere of restaurant at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment within the hall.
- Assist management with office duties as needed.
- Aid in other areas of the unit as necessary.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
- Provide training to staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and other relevant topics.
