- To prepare tender, collect quotation, purchase order (PO) & CS as per requirement
- To negotiate prices with suppliers to meet the organization’s expectations
- To follow up suppliers to ensure MRP basis delivery
- To maintain liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
- To communicate with other departments to develop new products To prepare packaging materials specification
- To communicate with Finance & Accounts department for payment To prepare MIS & cost saving reports on monthly basis
- To Identify the improvement of operational areas & prepare the action plan
- To Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Any other project assigned by the supervisor
