Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for HRIS & management HR module. Candidates must have knowledge about Logic software.
- Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll.
- To prepare daily absenteeism report.
- Prepare daily & monthly attendance. Look after leave management, payroll management.
- Prepare different types of payroll reports.
- Need to do performance management system through logic software.
- Managing outsourcing service related to payroll management for the client.
- Assist the work of the payroll support team. Reconciles the payroll-related time sheets and prepares salary statements or reports summarizing payroll-related accounts.
- Manages workflows and ensures all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that all necessary control procedures are effected prior to disbursement initiation. Manages the holiday and time off related data.
- Liaise with finance management team and ensures that any inquiries received are either resolved or well under way to resolution.
- Manages vendor relationships for payroll system and employees’ compensation.
- Analyzing, preparing, and inputting payroll data into automated systems.
- Resolve tax deduction related matters with the individual contractors / employees Ensure accurate and timely weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting for senior management.
- Maintain an informed and up to date environment in the department in regard to best practices, trends, and relevant legislation.
- He achieves this by conducting consistent research and keeping the team up to date with the latest payroll tools, legislation, practices, and trends.
