  • At least 6 months Working Experience in a relevant field.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Application Visa Consultancy, Work Permit Visa Processing, Public Relation Companies, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
  • An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
  • A friendly and approachable manner.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Should be positive for extra working hours.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records. (Saudi Arabia Visa, Malaysian Visa, Maldives Visa, Lithuania Visa, Kyrgyzstan Visa, Serbia Visa, Dubai Visa, France Visa, Poland Visa.
  • Must have familiarity with visa application submission processes, appointment scheduling, and biometric data collection.
  • Preparing documentation and submitting all visa applications for various countries.
  • Maintain good communication with clients face to face and over the phone.
  • Speak with clients to answer any queries regarding visa requirements.
  • Collect the required visa documents as per checklist and prepare the file for online and in person submission to embassies.
  • You will have to stay in touch with the clients through Email and WhatsApp until the completion of each visa application process.
  • You MUST have proficiency in using a laptop or Desktop and the Internet (MS Word, typing, emailing, Canva, Photoshop etc.)
  • Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
  • Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
  • Supporting office administration.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
