Responsibilities & Context
- Providing information to students and their guardians regarding universities in Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and the UK.
- Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university’s international office/admission office.
- Monitoring the existing and potential students regularly and communicating over the phone or via email.
- Attend all kinds of phone calls from the hotline.
- Conducting responsibility given by the authority and the office administration.
- Lead Call enquires who registered/attended our Events
- Assess Inquiries / Applications for Academic background
- Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow-up
- Discuss Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability
- Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
- Process Applications to Partner Universities
- Follow up on all social media comments & messages and give replies & feedback as per customers’ requirements.
- File processing
- Regular reporting.
