Responsibilities & Context
- Receiving visitors / customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and answering phones;
- Maintaining visitor & customer record, keep notes and pass them to the proper authority & maintain and upkeep the reception area;
- Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person;
- Maintain & monitor meeting room & event inside office premise;
- Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/bills etc. & keeping record;
- Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/bills from/to related courier company representatives;
- Assist Admin related job as and when necessary;
- Keep up-to-date with all official / business contact numbers;
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
