Responsibilities & Context
- To undertake routine inspection activities in all areas including production areas and check as necessary in order to ensure products being produced without any defect.
- To undertake routine inspection in the store and check as necessary and achieve compliance of cGMP.
- QA activities in production stages such as in-process inspection, checking of BMR, BPR, Temperature and humidity in production areas.
- To monitor and undertake changeover clearance of activities and in-process control samples and line clearance in all stages.
- To collect samples for retention of all batches of finished products.
- To check calibration and validation of balances, machine, temperature recorders etc.
- To undertake testing of in process product at regular intervals and to initiate SOPs relating to QA.
- The check compliance for all activities including warehouse, testing with SOPs and take appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
- To maintain vigilance in order to minimize dust and avoid cross contamination and monitor temperature & humidity in areas of activities.
- To review batch records before release of products.
- To monitor the dispensed Raw materials and packaging Materials.
- To Perform Process/Cleaning Validation activities for processes, products, facilities & equipment. MRIR of Raw and Packaging Materials Receiving, BMR & BPR control and Issue.
- Training to production worker, Market Return analysis & Finished Products register.
- Finished products Released as per SOP’s
- BMR/BPR Reviewed and Compilation to achieved.
