Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze the capacity of assigned production lines with proper balancing;
- Method study of each operation to improve capacity;
- Calculation and reduction of NPT & changeover time;
- Find out all types of wastage in the designated area;
- Analyze the efficiency of each assigned line and find out the root causes of not achieving the goal;
- Implementation of Kaizen to minimize the cost and increase efficiency regularly;
- Any other tasks assigned by the Head of IE & Planning.
