  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering With BBA/MBA, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years

    Telecommunication, Engineering Firms

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience required to apply.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on government or enterprise clients.
  • Experience selling communication and security solutions, such as PBX systems, Conference systems, PA systems, CCTV, and Radio Communication systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driving license (Car/Motorbike) and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the government or enterprise sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a range of communication and security solutions, including PBX systems, Conference Systems, PA systems, CCTV, and Radio Communication systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the government and enterprise sector.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate communication and security solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including addressing any technical inquiries or issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
