Responsibilities & Context
- Liaison with business user for regular activities.
- Primary support ensure of S&D users.
- Document test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Liaison between the business functions and the consultants. .
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Maintain SD master data, Control all the master data management, guide to the users for SD activities.
- Activities performed instructed by SD manager.
