Responsibilities & Context
- Preparation of Daily Cash and Bank Balance position.
- Assist in daily Fund Management by proper monitoring and control.
- Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the management.
- Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost, bank charges, remittance, provision, adjustment, rectification, reversal etc. to support management and legal accounts.
- Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
- Planning and implementation of routine depot visit to ensure sound cash management practice.
