Job Description / Responsibility

• Preparing report -monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
• Ensuring all receive and distribution of Chemical are properly documented and consumption record.
• Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.
• Check & forwarded of monthly dyes and chemical receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report
• Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents , Dyes chemical etc.
• Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level. Requisition chemical before the stock ends.
• Plan & organize strategic arrangement of managing dyes chemical store space.
• Check Safety, Quality & Compliance activities in workplace.
• Receiving store materials, Accessories from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document procedure
• Distributing Dyes and Chemical to production floor as per requisition.
• Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store dyes and chemical are properly documented and Distribution to production.
• Any other has given by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry/ Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Bachelor degree in any discipline can be applied.
• Skills Required: Chemical Management, Chemical store, Chemical analysis, Custom Bond, Dyes Chemical

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 14 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Textile,Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

• Must Work experience with ERP Software
• Sound Knowledge about all kind of Dyes and chemical which used in Dyeing Factory .
• Good Computer Skill
• Good English Skill and Chemical Management Skill
• Daily Chemical Costing and Inventory
• Capable to Maintain of 25 Ton Knit Dyeing Factory whole Chemical Store Operation.
• Practical Knowledge about Dyes & Chemical Type, Validity, Quality, Identify Good or Bad, Compatibility, Chemical Requisitions Etc.
• Must be Experience about chemical Custom and Bond audit Requirements and faced bond inspection.
• Experience to handle all kind of Chemical audit as a part Chemical Management System.
