Job Context:
Hi-Tech & Hybrid Car Specialize WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance Service Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
General Task:
- Responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning and maintenance of automobiles, power systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge about diagnose technical issues, provide timely repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and offer technical support to clients or customers.
- Combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer service abilities.
- Monitoring & maintaining the daily work of receiving Vehicles.
- Responsible for daily vehicle work schedule & delivery plan.
- Job allocation capability to team as per capacity of team performance.
- To make estimate considering customer concern relating vehicle diagnosis.
- Capable to raise spare parts requisition as per estimate.
Special Task:
- Identify technical issues with automobiles, power systems, or mechanical equipment through diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures.
- Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.
- Generate service reports and documentation for internal use or client reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and logistics, to coordinate service activities, resolve technical issues, and improve overall efficiency.
- Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
