- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Responsibilities & Context
Portfolio Management and Strategy Development:
- Research market trends and customer needs in order to develop effective campaigns.
- Implement strategies to grow the SME deposit portfolio and improve product offerings.
- Work with other departments to execute campaigns and optimize sales opportunities.
Technical and Operational Support:
- Resolve customer and internal technical issues related to online banking.
- Provide support to resolve customer account related issues to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Assist with various operational tasks and special projects as needed.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Support the functionality of online banking systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Regularly update online banking dashboard and generate analytical reports.
- Provide comprehensive reports to aid business decisions.
Coordination and Communication:
- Create presentations and reports for training and management decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, providing insights for strategy alignment.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
Logistics Management:
- Oversee the logistical needs of the SME Liability business team, including resource allocation and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth operation of daily activities by addressing logistical issues promptly.
Ad Hoc Support:
- Provide support to the SME Liability business team as needed, addressing immediate concerns and facilitating ongoing projects.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and initiatives.
