Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production teams.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and conduct regular quality audits.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product feasibility and consistency.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure accessibility.
- Train and develop production staff on technical procedures and machinery operation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and machinery.
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.up samples;
- Technical Troubleshooting in Sample making: In case of any Technical Issue raised during bulk production, work with the team and solve it;
- Keep commuting with the merchant team, production team, and other team members of the Quality team for betterment;
- Keep communication with the buyer Designer and Tech and Buying team as well as the process for knit garments, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
- Any other task given by management.
