Responsibilities & Context
1. Production Management: Oversee the production process:
- Capacity planning: Factory Yearly & Monthly Capacity Plan, Line Plan, Pick Target, Learning Curve.
- Quality control: Material, Systems, Process, Trafficq Light, Final Products Quality Assurance.
- Efficient utilization of resources to meet export orders: Man – Worker Productive minutes Employee Skill, Machine – Break Down Time control, Materials – Zero Cut to ship & Control westage, Money – Working Hour, OT & EOT, Consumable Goods, maintenance cost including General factory expenses Control.
- Delivery deadlines: Strictly Maintain TNA and every action need early prepration & Start to meet Delivery.
2. Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain operations:
- Including sourcing raw materials: Coordinate AC Merchandisers Team Leader, Develop Suppliers Relationship, Materials Production tracking, Sampling Tracking as per TNA, Quality Ensure from buyer ends, ETD ,ETA & In-House tracking trhouh Commercial.
- Inventory control: Ensure QTY and Quality 100% before PCD, Ensurre zero wastage, Closing material & Goods keep properly for next use mode through MCD.
- Logistics: IN/OUT bond Materials & Ready Goods Monitor to Move properly through Admin.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams: Merchandising, Sourcing, Commercial, Finance & Accounts, MCD, Planning.
- Provide guidance: IE & Planning, Technical, HR, Admin & Complince.
- Mentorship: Production, Technical, Quality & IE team.
- Training to ensure employee engagement: Supervisor, QI, Technical mid label development through Training & Development team.
- Skill development: Operator process development, Helper to operator trainup continious on job training to enhance skill and Social responsibility to trainup helper to operator under Abruan Foundation and arrange Job.
- High performance: Ensure High performance throug training & development, reward & motvation through operation & HR team.
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality assurance processes:TQMS & QMS ensure inorder through quality team.
- Certifications: BSCI, SEDEX, ISO:9001, ISO:14001, RSC keep in order through Complince team.
- Standards to meet international quality requirements: AQL 2.5 comply by Quality team.
