  • Must be well conversant with payroll software.
  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Leadership and relationship management.
  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
  • Well, conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in the designing of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures.
  • Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Maintain daily attendance and leave management.
  • Prepare new employee personal files and update them accordingly.
  • Responsible for overall payroll processing systems.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Directing the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data.
  • Confirming salary, pay slip, bank statement, etc.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation, Benefit & Final Settlement.
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • To maintain all kind of record keeping related to job.
  • Make awareness on productivity and quality improvement.
  • Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
