Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with professionalism and patience.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback via email, social media platforms, and social messaging apps, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Manage and organize email correspondence and the main customer service contact email account.
Receive, document, and address customer complaints effectively, maintaining a complaint log for tracking and reporting purposes.
Work with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction, forwarding customer requirements for action and follow-up.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database with accurate contact details and interaction history, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked in the system.
Attend and manage calls on the company’s hotline number, providing information, assistance, and support to callers, and ensuring the hotline is always operational and attended.
