Responsibilities & Context

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verification.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
  • Coordinate training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.

HR Operations:

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  • Ensure timely updating of employee records related to compensation and benefits.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee files and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits.
