Responsibilities & Context
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor their effectiveness.
HR Operations:
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
- Ensure timely updating of employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee files and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits.
