Must have good concept in Statistic Process and Quality Control.
Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point.

Liable to ensure maximum quality for Residential Air Conditioner Product.
Analyzing product and parts failure and coordinating with relevant concern for improvement.
To do New Product Evaluation and work with R&I team to solve the non-conformities.
Work with cross-functional team to minimize top defects.
To coordinate and resolve customer complain.
Develop Quality Strategy Plan for improvement to achieve the target.
Organize and prepare necessary report for assisting in departmental decision making.
Any other task given from Management.
